Elderly couple living in a duplex on the NE corner of 3200 S and 700 W needs some handyman work / yardwork help. Maybe 10-15 hrs. per week - about $12/hr., depending.... Reduced rent with good work. One or two people. (We will build a garage this spring.) Rent=$200/mo.+$50 for utilities Pet OK, maybe, with deposit. No Smoking, No drinking, No drugs. Internet included.
